Ari Project Freeware License (APFL) - Version 1.0, August 2025

1. Introduction

The Ari Project Freeware License (APFL) is a legal framework governing the use, distribution, and protection of freeware software. It grants users the right to utilize the software at no cost while maintaining strict control over intellectual property, redistribution, and modification. This license permits personal, educational, and commercial use under specific conditions, ensuring the software remains closed-source and proprietary.

2. Grant of License

Subject to compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: - Use the software ("Software") for lawful purposes. - Install and run the Software on any number of devices. - Deploy the Software in commercial environments, provided all restrictions herein are followed. Attribution & Integrity All copyright notices, branding, and license identifiers must remain unaltered. Removal or obscuring of attribution is a violation of this license.

5. Acceptable Use
