1. Introduction
The Ari Project Freeware License (APFL) is a legal framework governing the use,
distribution, and protection of freeware software. It grants users the right to
utilize the software at no cost while maintaining strict control over
intellectual property, redistribution, and modification.
This license permits personal, educational, and commercial use under specific
conditions, ensuring the software remains closed-source and proprietary.
2. Grant of License
Subject to compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the software ("Software") for lawful purposes.
- Install and run the Software on any number of devices.
- Deploy the Software in commercial environments, provided all restrictions
